Job description / Role
Learning and Development Manager upto 15k AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
Salary up to 15,000 AED basic salary, live out allowance of up to 7,000 AED, education allowance for children, insurance and bonus scheme depending on qualifications and years of experience.

Requirements
Open to any nationality
Male/Female, 35 yrs old and below
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar role in a five-star hotel in the Middle East
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Training/ Hospitality/ Human Resources or any other related courses
Corporate certification in training programs may be required such as 360 Feedback Certification, GTC Registered Assessor and CACA
People management experience
Strong orientation towards customer service
Highly organized and proactive and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
“Train the Trainer” certification
Knowledge of how to run a Training Needs Analysis
Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
Capability to design and create training programs
Good technical knowledge - projectors, videos, MS Office
