Learning And Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager in Dubai for our client who are a leading luxury goods retailer. The L & D Manager will lead training strategies and ensure they align with our client’s organizational goals. This role focuses on the retail sector and requires collaboration with business leaders to identify and fulfill training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to retail.
- Oversee onboarding, workshops, and ongoing staff development.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, ensuring ROI.
- Manage training budgets and adjust programs as needed.
- Conduct key training sessions and support HR initiatives.

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in training within retail, aviation, hospitality, or service sectors.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail markets.
- Skilled in modern training methods and LMS tools.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
