As a Learning & Development Senior Specialist you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth and organisational excellence.

Description

* Identify and assess training needs across departments
* Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops
* Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers
* Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
* Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role
* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools
* Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats
