Taaleem is recruiting qualified, enthusiastic, and passionate learning assistant - Arabic speaker to join our Dubai Schools Al Barsha.

The main objective of the Dubai Schools Al Barsha, Al Khawaneej and Nad al Sheba projects is to create a mutually beneficial partnership between the government and the private sector that ensures Dubai’s aspiration to have 100% of Emirati students enrolled in 'Good+' rated schools.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking outstanding, dedicated and resilient learning assistants who are committed to the long-term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals. The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years.

You will:

• Have a high school diploma or bachelor degree
• At least two years' supporting teachers experience in a school
• Have experience working with local communities / Emirati students and families (preferred)
• Possess recent successful experience of teaching in grades 1-5 (years 2-6)
• Be open to working in an American curriculum school (guidance and training provided)
• Be excited to work and engage with Emirati children and their families who form our school community
• Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do ethos
• Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
