Job description / Role
NSI & Bluefin Talent is looking to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to support the continued development of our staff across global locations. This is a greenfield project which would essentially require someone to structure, create and implement a company-wide training program that encompasses both on the job and classroom sessions. The training programs would need to be relevant for different levels of seniority, ranging from entry level trainee consultants to experienced managers.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 – 3 years of L&D experience in a professional services sale’s environment. This is a key position that requires a candidate who has strong capabilities in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity. The role would offer regular global travel between both London and Dubai and potentially Singapore (soon). The role can be based in either Dubai or London and offers a generous package and performance bonus.
