Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-known sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Learning & Development Senior Associate to join their team.
In this role you will assist with on-going projects, which will include but not limited to; career development and talent management strategies, design and delivery of training programmes as well as internships.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to participate in the design, vendor selection and/or customization of in-house training. You will handle research to establish sources for learning requirements as well as participating in the delivery and evaluation of talent programs. You will be designing and implementing orientation programmes for Emiratisation as well as participating in other projects as required.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and ideally have further HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM. You should have a minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills. Due to the nature of this role, Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
