Job description / Role
- Deliver inhouse trainings
- Conduct Training Need Analysis
- Report progress update on L&D deliverables
- Prepare an annual training calendar
- Create and implement an Action Plan to close previous Audit issues related to Talent Development/L&D.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 23,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Emirati candidates are eligible to apply
- Diploma in HR is required
- At least 2 years of experience is required in learning & development
- Must be well spoken (Arabic & English)
- Candidates must be comfortable working from Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
