Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Learning & Development specialist – Programme Supervisor (Arabic speaking) on behalf of an industry leading local organisation headquartered here in Dubai. This role takes responsibility for covering the full lifecycle of programme development which includes the development of content, delivery and candidate evaluation.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with 5 + years of experience working in Adult Education, preferably within a Middle Eastern context. You will be experienced in the preparation, delivery and evaluation of training modules/topics.
You will have an excellent command of both English & Arabic combined with a strong internal drive to champion internal learning and programme integrity. You will have a Degree or equivalent in Adult Education related discipline.
