Job description / Role
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Coordination of day-to-day academy activities including but not limited to:
• Create classroom session and manage scheduling
• Book delegates onto sessions
• Manage change requests
• Support the retailer network with Excellence queries, launching e-learning, reset e-learning.
• Report on course completions
• Add a new classroom session
• Participate in system training session
• Deliver system training to internal and retailer staff
• Ensure ongoing skill update and proficiency level of the nominated relief staff
This entails; Book/remove users from a session and Add/remove users from a waitlist
Mark classroom attendance registers. This entails:
• Marking user attendance status,
• Enter Technical Training classroom session scores
• TPM’s are completed against all users on a session and
• Registers are completed within 72 hours after the classroom session has finished (Manual intervention required)
Cancel classroom courses. This entails.
• Re-book users onto another future session
• Add users to the waitlist
The Administrator is able to run reports. This entails:
• Run and export relevant reports (e.g., Learner history / completion reports).
• The Administrator undertakes data cleansing activities across the system.
• Remove users with no system activity over 6 months
• Close inactive retailers that have been advised as closed
• New Retailers are added to the system once they are advised by the Retailer Database Administrator
The Administrator is able to mark practical technical assessments. This entails.
• Mark all practical tasks for users who have attended an assessment
Requirements
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
• Microsoft Suite of Products - Intermediate proficiency (Minimum)
• Engaged Communicator – Demonstrated ability to communicate, take feedback and deliver knowledge transfer on the operation of proprietary JLR LMS systems
• Inquisitive – Seeks insight from internal and external ‘customers’ to understand how processes and deliveries can be improved
• Impactful – Determined to make a difference, has a demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team and as an autonomous contributor
