Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•To assist the Senior Leasing Administrator and the Leasing team with the administration of the day to day operations of the Leasing Department duties and functions.
•Assisting the Leasing Executives in any documentation in accordance with the SOP (LAF, Lease Contract etc.) and ensuring documents are signed by the authorized person.
•Registering the lease agreement in the system and prepare and updates status of Ejari
•To handle and follow through the store closing procedures.
•Coordinates with other concerned departments with regards to Leased Premises opening and handover.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 2 years of experience in related field/general experience

Required Skills:
• MS Office
• Telephone Techniques
• Good communication skills
