We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Advisor to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting tenants with ideal properties, ensuring a seamless leasing process, and supporting our commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
- Market available properties to prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and highlight key features and benefits.
- Assist clients throughout the leasing process from inquiry to signing the lease agreement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and property availability.
- Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and external partners.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.

- Proven experience in leasing or real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
