Leasing Advisor

Job description / Role

A leading property management and real estate organization in Dubai is seeking three dynamic Leasing Advisors of diverse nationalities to join its growing team. The successful candidates will act as the key liaison between prospective tenants and property owners — ensuring a smooth leasing process, excellent tenant experience, and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting business growth, and upholding the company’s reputation for service excellence.

• Higher diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE leasing or real estate experience (residential or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of RERA laws, Ejari, and leasing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Masterkey, PropSpace, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• RERA certification and valid UAE driving license are mandatory.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
