Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To ensure the timely leasing of all Commercial and Residential properties at Uniestate, in alignment with the company’s pricing strategy. This role requires the highest standards of customer service and leverages both direct and repeat clients as well as a strong network of external agents to maximize occupancy and achieve revenue goals.

• Check & ensure listings are published correctly on all available/typical portals
• Ensure published availability matches internal records (Accounts, CRM, etc.)
• Share regular updates with agents on pricing and availability.
• Participate in creating social media content for property and brand promotion
• Respond to leads, qualify them, and arrange viewings
• Attend client viewings and assist agents
• Take bookings, prepare & execute documentation, and ensure smooth move-in
• Coordinate with FM & Property Inspector for upkeep
• Update CRM team with move-in details via internal system
• Cultivate agent relationships, sign agency agreements, conduct regular visits
• Provide leasing activity reports to senior management
• Conduct basic market research and report insights
• Contribute to leasing process improvements
• Close leasing deals weekly (targets)

Requirements:

Academic qualification:
• Diploma or degree, in Real Estate, Business or Construction disciplines.

Skills:
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on tenant satisfaction
• Proven ability to close leasing deals and achieve performance goals
• Solid knowledge of the leasing process and basic property maintenance issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., agents)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to support broader company objectives
• Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with real estate laws, leasing regulations, and property management standards

Experiences:
• Min. 2 years in real estate.
