Position Title: Leasing Consultant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus monthly commission

About the client:
A leading Real Estate service provider based in Dubai, offering their expertise on handling property investments and needs.
Job Description:
• Facilitate the rental or lease agreements on both managed and third-party properties between the owner of the property and the renter for the mutual benefit of the two parties
• Explain leasing policies to prospective renters and obtaining their signature thereafter
• Conduct background checks on prospective tenants to evaluate leasing qualifications
• Maintain current information on all aspects of a property including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing
• Answer questions on zoning issues, school districts, expansion plans and area crime rates for potential clients to help meet high occupancy rate
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asians, Moroccans, and South Africans
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Leasing Agent or similar position
• Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation
• Holding a valid RERA Brokerage License
• Must have valid driving license and own car
