Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our vibrant real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a seamless experience. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and fostering long-term tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective tenants to understand their housing needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and present features and benefits to prospective tenants.
- Assist clients with lease applications, screenings, and documentation ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate lease signings and manage the move-in process smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to optimize property exposure and tenant satisfaction.
- Address tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management to adjust leasing strategies as needed.

- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar real estate role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and leasing laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using property management software and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset.
- Energetic, persuasive, and motivated to meet leasing targets and deliver excellent service.
