Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of its leading clients who is looking to hire a Residential and Commercial Leasing Director. As a world renowned real estate developer, our client is heavily investing in development and has a number of exciting, flagship properties in the construction phase. This has led the client to reach out for a candidate that can offer high level and strategic leasing expertise.
You will be responsible for the overall leasing of all current and future projects for the client whilst hitting targets set by the board. Duties will also include reviewing and assisting with the business plan including budgets, identifying new income opportunities and overseeing the performance of each individual property. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining strong and healthy relationships with outsourced partners and internal board members.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working for reputable organisations in a senior position where you have provided strategy and leadership surrounding major projects. You should have significant UAE / GCC experience within commercial and residential leasing. You should also be able to demonstrate vision and an appetite to be part of one of the leading real estate organisations in the world.
