Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Leasing the real estate units as per the approved procedures and conditions, and consulting the legal department when there is any doubt for any difference from the normal process, ensuring that all contracts made by him/her are attested from municipality, with the authority to grant simple discounts according to specific controls.
• Registering tenant’s maintenance complaints and landlord’s approved maintenance requests to the maintenance software to enable maintenance department to coordinate with the tenants to solve tenant’s complaints and respond to their approved requests.
• Receiving tenants and customers’ requests and inquiries, and responding them or redirected them to the concerned department in the company as per the followed procedures to provide distinguished customer service.
• Communicating (calling, emailing, sending software’s SMS …etc.) with all tenants external tenant, staff tenants or company’s leased properties to renew their expired lease contracts and reporting to the deputy head of the department with the updates, consulting him also regarding any tenant didn’t renew his/her contract nor vacated, and for all special or abnormal cases if any. Leasing executive must follow all cases until solving them all by renewing, vacating or transferring them to legal department. Also, It is not permissible to keep any contract pending without a written consent from the deputy head of the department.
• Carrying out evacuation procedures for tenants whom wants to vacate their units and granting them NOCs, following them until receiving both municipality and SEWA clearances, and notifying accounting department after that. Each NOC granted must be followed up closely until having the above mentioned clearances, when a tenant procrastinates in providing the clearances for a long period with all attempts to communicate with him to no avail, leasing executive should transfer the contract to legal department after assuring from Acc. dept. that the tenant didn’t make the above clearances yet.
• Completing tenant’s contracts deficiencies (as per accounts auditors and admin or documentary auditors).
• Matching parking information between real estate management program’s data and building inspector data.
• Follow-up on violations related to real estate units when information is received on them (such as unauthorized bachelors' accommodation, parking violations …etc.) by contacting tenants until clearing their violations, and consulting the deputy head of the department or the head when necessary.
• Leasing executive must provide feedback to the deputy head of the department or the head and asks for any support needed to prevent any delay in performing his assigned tasks.
• Visiting the properties for the purpose of viewing, inspecting and checking the competitors’ properties around and providing the department management with the requested reports and feedback.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Should have any bachelor's degree
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Leasing Executive
• Should have good communication skill
• Should be an Arabic speaker
• The ability to deal with customers with patience and good listening skills
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform multi tasking while maintaining priorities.
