Position Title: Leasing Executive

About the Client:

Job Description:
- Develop and update a leasing database to ensure all lease renewals are correctly addressed within the timeframes needed.
- Ensure all locations have valid commercial license and necessary documentation to trade in a legal manner.
- Be the first point of contact on all lease queries and ensure necessary action documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the Head of Projects on document control for all newly built projects ensuring invoices are verified and paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure all relevant Purchase Orders for both leasing and projects are raised and approved in a timely and accurate manner.

- Open to Filipino & Indian nationalities
- Male, 30 years old and below
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the similar role in leasing, AMCs and service coordination
