Dar Al Mehairi Real Estate is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market available properties through online platforms and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries and conduct property viewings.
- Prepare and manage tenancy contracts in compliance with company policies & Ejari regulations.
- Handle rent payments, deposits, and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Assist tenants with DEWA connections and utility setups.
- Coordinate maintenance work and ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
- Oversee lease renewals, move-outs and final settlements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor market prices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate or leasing in the UAE.
- Familiarity with DEWA, Ejari and UAE tenancy procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and property listing platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Bayut).
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
