Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a very large and well respected client based in Abu Dhabi and looking for a Leasing manager to join a new division within the business. This is an opportunity to grow and develop your management skills as a leasing manager and make the role your own by developing and driving a leasing team.

- You will be managing the lease of large commercial properties in Abu Dhabi - you will also be managing a leasing team.
- You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Budget management, Running reports, Negotiate and prepare legal documents, Tenant complaints, investigate and resolve, Monitor contracts - renewal and approval, Staff performance management

There are other positions available within this business in the leasing team - i am also looking for an Assistant Manager and a leasing Assistant so please apply if you have leasing experience and are interested in these positions. .

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission

Requirements

Looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in commercial property leasing. Good level of English and Arabic speaking.
