Job description / Role
Client is a well respected family group based in Dubai. They are currently hiring an experienced Commercial Leasing Manager, with office leasing experience across Dubai.
• You will actively define and implement the Leasing/Sales strategy & plan for the business unit
• Key focus of the role will be on commercial office leasing
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years real estate leasing experience with 2 years in a Managerial role
• Must have prior office leasing experience
• Knowledge of the U.A.E real estate laws and procedures
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Bachelors degree, Masters is desirable
