Your new company
A leading property management company based here in Dubai is looking for an operations manager to join their security division. The company manages over 6000 keys for multi-use businesses across the UAE and also has business within the hospitality trade here within Dubai.
Your new role
This role will be to manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the Management. In order to do this effectively, you will need to make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices of various areas and maintain appropriate records. As the management member of the leasing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the full team is performing well and at peak – in addition to this, you will ensure training to the team in order to promote only the highest level of service. As a manager, you will create reward programs and events that will stimulate your team; you will monitor the daily performance of your direct reports, ensuring that KPIs are being met. A main part of this role will be to represent the leasing function’s views and needs in the ongoing development of company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan. You will be one of the main focal points for customers and clients and will need to grow and maintain effective relationships with them in order to promote business and opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring that collections are being made and implement corrective measures in case of delays.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in similar capacity with proven track record. We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree and candidates with a thorough understanding of the UAE property market. The perfect candidate will have had exposure to high quantity portfolios here in the UAE and will we comfortable managing client relationships and developing staff. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent negotiation skills. You must have a UAE driving license to be considered for this role.
