Position Title: Leasing Manager

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Coordinate marketing efforts, property tours, and lease renewals aligned with market trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards while collaborating across departments for seamless lease execution.

• Male within 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of leasing or sales experience, ideally in hospitality.
• Proficient in property software with solid market knowledge and multitasking abilities.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
