Position Title: Leasing Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A waterfront lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment, and serving as a community hub for residents and visitors

Job Description:
• Secure and manage long-term retail and F&B tenants to achieve full mall occupancy.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and coordinate all documentation and fit-out handovers.
• Maintain strong relationships with brands, monitor tenant performance, and handle renewals.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecast, and ensure alignment with mall’s commercial strategy.

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, aged 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a shopping centre/community mall in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record in dealing with anchor tenants and international retail brands.

Salary:
AED 22,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
