Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to signing, negotiate lease terms, conduct property showings, coordinate renewals/terminations and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, maintain accurate records of lease transactions and ensure timely execution of documents.
- Monitor real estate market trends, develop leasing strategies, prepare market reports and provide strategic insights to senior management to achieve leasing goals and improve occupancy rates.
- Supervise leasing staff, track lease revenue and collections, collaborate with property management, finance and legal teams and ensure smooth operations while adhering to legal requirements.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Atleast 5 years’ experience in Construction and Real estate industry
- Proven experience in leasing or property management with a strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate regulations.
