Job description / Role
• Assist residents with day to day tasks, as a part of the community’s concierge program & work alongside with the leasing team to reach given targets.
• Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
• Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
• Keep abreast of the property market status
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
• Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit close the lease and follow-up
• Answer incoming phone call professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a client, an internal company team member or a vendor
• Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications; notify prospective clients of results
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis
• Certificate of Completion for Real Estate Brokers required by UAE Government
• 2 - 3 years’ relevant or sales experience.
