Job description / Role

Key tasks
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
- Interacts with guest to obtain feedback on product and service level.
- Responds to and handle guest problems and complains and always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money
- Able to make recommendation to the executive chef regarding succession planning.
- To be aware of all financial budgets and goals.
- Ensure all the recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared as pre standard recipes cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all team members are adheres to all hotel policies and procedures.
- To work in close conjunction with the outlet manager and respective team to create a yearly marketing plan for the outlet.
- To project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all associates.

• Education: Technical Degree HACCP Certificate
• Skills: Fluent in Arabic with a basic knowledge in English
• Experience: 3 to 4 years
