Job description / Role
The job holder is responsible to assist in the administrative legal tasks in the Legal Department.
Key Accountabilities:
• Processing, preparation and accomplishments of proper documentation and / or letters/ notices for applications of mortgages and discharge of mortgages and sales terminations and forfeitures
• Analysing, providing accurate information and gathering additional feedback, if any, for the approval or rejection of received sales forfeitures and cancellations, and applications for indemnity cases
• Assuring fulfilment of above scopes and dimensions are according to company procedure, policies and standard.
• Logging of entries in register book and Oracle and Installed Base Systems and preparation of Undertaking Letters and Consents to Mortgage and Charge or Addendums for applications of mortgaged properties
• Logging of entries in register book and Oracle and Installed Base Systems and preparation of letters of discharges of mortgage applications
• Assisting in issuance of other legal documents and correspondences, and other tasks as required /requested by department superiors and other colleagues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound computer skills in all MS office Packages
• Ability to plan and prioritize work
• Ability to work under pressure
