Charterhouse is working with a relatively small, but global business advisory company who are looking to continue expansion in the region. Their work involves advising businesses and individuals on immigration investments & 2nd citizenships for many countries around the world. Our client is looking to hire a Legal Advisor to join the team based in Dubai.
In the role, you will act as sole Legal Advisor for the whole business. This will involve handling all day-to-day legal work, such as basic contracts and agreements, employment, compliance etc. However the main part of this role will be to provide immigration legal advice to clients, focusing mainly on investment visas. There will also be elements of real estate work.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have some experience of immigration work in the UAE, or in another 2nd citizenship company. A minimum of 2 years drafting and reviewing basic commercial contracts is essential. Real Estate / Investment experience would be an advantage.
