Job description / Role
About the Client:
One of the leading interior design firms in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Assist in researching laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the company’s operations. Provide preliminary legal advice to internal teams and departments under the supervision of senior legal advisors.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents in both English and Arabic. Ensure accuracy and clarity in both languages.
- Help monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including labor law, corporate law, and industry-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for various legal filings, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Emirati nationalities
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited university.
- Fluency in Arabic can write and spoke and must be able to draft and review documents in both languages.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal system, corporate law, and labor law
- Open to fresh graduates field but have a strong academic foundation in law.
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
