Position Title: Legal Advisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers.

Job Description:
-Provide accurate legal advice, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
-Handle all legal cases, disputes, investigations involving the center, draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and legal documents while safeguarding the company’s interests.
-Supervise the preparation of reports, memoranda, Board meeting minutes, official company records, ensuring accuracy, proper maintenance, and timely submission.
-Manage the Legal Department team, oversee internal investigations, support regulatory, operational compliance, follow up on administrative decisions, and submit periodic reports on legal matters and performance.

-Open to Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below.
-Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
-Strong understanding of UAE legal systems, including Dubai and Federal Courts, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance matters.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
