Job description / Role
EXCLUSIVE to Robert Walters - Legal and Compliance Counsel - Abu Dhabi - Leading Organisation
Key responsibilities:
* Review legal and compliance regulatory framework
* Update policies and procedures
* Identify compliance risks
* Drive a legal and compliance culture in the wider organisation
* Provide legal and compliance training specifically in the Energy sector
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
* Must be 8+ PQE
* Must have worked at a top international law firm
* Must have experience in corporate compliance
* Must have experience in the Energy sector (Oil & Gas preferred)
* Must have experience identifying ethics & compliance risk
* Must be based in the region
* Ideally be fully bilingual in English & Arabic
* Ideally be qualified in a Western jurisdiction
