Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a lovely position, where you will be part of a close knit team in a small, but dynamic Family Office in Dubai with global business interests across a variety of industries. We are seeking an energetic individual who understands the concept of Family Office and can add value across a wide administrative scope.

This role will report to the Director & General Counsel, supporting across all aspects including, but not limited to, drafting contracts, letters and MOU’s, reviewing and amending of legal documentation, complex presentation work and legal research. Additionally, the role will be the conduit between the freezone authorities in respect of all operational and compliance matters and will be responsible for all compliance with local laws and regulations. There will be considerable external stakeholder engagement with legal advisors and the group’s legal and finance team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Degree in Law and strong commercial acumen and awareness. The role demands close attention to detail, and a proactive and intuitive mind. Candidates will demonstrate maturity and be able to take full ownership of projects, providing consistently high quality deliverables. Excellent standard of written and spoken English is required and candidates will be discreet, managing high levels of confidentiality with a strong professional approach. Our client is seeking a strong background in an SME / family office environment of at least five years.
