Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international firm that is looking to hire a Legal Assistant (Arabic Speaking) for their growing team in Dubai. This is a new role that has been created and is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to add value by efficiently implementing processes and procedures.
As a Legal Assistant, you will support the wider legal team with all aspects of administration from typing of legal documents, carrying out research, managing the client database through to assisting with financial reports and billing. In addition, you will also liaise with Government Departments and Notaries with the registration or corporate filings and be the go-to person between the Legal Team and Government Departments when they have any queries or need updates. This is an outstanding role that will offer the candidate complete autonomy and variation from the outset and will suit someone that enjoys working in a mature, forward thinking environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and have at least 2 years experience working in a Legal Department in a multinational business. You should be flexible in your approach and be able to demonstrate working under pressure.
