Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a leading company with offices throughout the region, Swisslinx is seeking a Legal Assistant. This role is based in Dubai.
In this role, you will be assisting the Legal Manager on a daily basis, providing legal administrative support. The right candidate needs to be very organized and used to working at a professional and high level.
Your role will also include:
- preparing and reviewing contracts
- drafting basic legal documents
- maintaining an organized legal filing system
- conducting extensive research
- translation work English/Arabic
Requirements
- Previous experience providing legal administrative assistance
- Previous experience as a Paralegal a plus
- Previous experience in a Law Firm or assisting a Legal professional
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Fluent in English AND Arabic
