Your new company

You'll be joining a strong organisation within the cybersecurity space with a global reach, providing a suite of security services from managed solutions to consultancy. This company is renowned for its cutting-edge security solutions and its commitment to protecting clients in one of the world's most dynamic digital regions. They foster a collaborative and dynamic team culture where innovation and real impact on security operations are highly valued.

Your new role

As a cybersecurity presales specialist, you'll be a key player in supporting the sales function by crafting bespoke cybersecurity solutions for clients across the GCC. Your responsibilities will involve designing technical solutions, preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and expertly navigating local tendering processes. You'll lead RFI/RFP responses by coordinating with internal teams (R&D, Product Management, Legal, Finance) and ensure timely, compliant submissions. You'll also support account managers during client engagements, participate in pre-sales meetings to understand needs, and deliver impactful presentations and bid documents, always mindful of regional and sector-specific requirements. Maintaining CRM records, compiling pipeline data, and providing market insights will also be part of your crucial contribution.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need a technical background in computer science, information security, or a related field. You should possess in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, vendors, and market trends in the GCC, coupled with proven experience in developing technical-commercial cybersecurity proposals. Strong experience in public/private sector bid defense and client negotiation is essential, as is a minimum of 2 years in a similar presales or proposal engineering role.

You will also require knowledge and ideally certifications similar to SANA, CompTIA, ISO 27001, etc.

Beyond these essential criteria, you'll also need excellent communication skills in English (with Arabic being a strong advantage) and robust coordination skills for multicultural, cross-functional teams. A willingness to travel within the GCC for client engagements and site visits is also required.

What you'll get in return

In return for your expertise, you'll gain the opportunity to work within a high-impact cybersecurity team in one of the world's most dynamic digital regions. You'll play a critical role in securing the future of clients across the GCC, contributing directly to the company's growth and success. This is a chance to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and collaboration.

Ready to leverage your cybersecurity presales expertise in a dynamic, client-facing role?
