Legal Business Development Assistant

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a UK law firm, who are expanding within the region and are looking to hire a Business Development Assistant to join their team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity where you will be working alongside a manager and an executive, supporting the firm’s BD functions across the MENA region. Professional services experience is essential for this position.

The role will be varied, but your main focus will be to help prepare pitches and proposals. As this is a fairly junior role, there will be training and support, but you will be expected to be proactive and once up to speed, confident working independently. In addition, there will be opportunities to work on designing / creating marketing materials, directory submissions and event management, as well as, press and media communication, social media posts, website content along with a chance to progress into more strategic work in the future.

Salary:
AED 17,000 to 19,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year business development / marketing experience from within the professional services sector. You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal with proven examples of written content. You should be capable of dealing with Partners on a daily basis and a great attitude to learn and work hard.
