Legal Business Partner - Mandarin Speaking

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Legal Business Partner who will be responsible for handling legal matters in the UAE while also supporting legal affairs in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries (including but not limited to Kuwait and Qatar).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Handle legal matters related to the company's international business, including contract drafting and negotiations.
- Translate legal documents, ensuring accuracy between English and Arabic, with a strong focus on legal terminology.
- Support the legal team in daily operations and provide assistance as required by the legal director.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address legal concerns and provide necessary legal guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, or qualified in Mainland China’s legal examination.
- Minimum 2 years of legal work experience, preferably with knowledge of UAE and GCC regulations.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or accounts receivable disputes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
