Position Title: Legal & Compliance Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent holding company in Dubai known & trusted for their diversified portfolio of businesses including Real estate & Automobile.

Job Description:
• Coordinating with the group lawyers to provide effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law related matters (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labor law, etc.).
• Ensuring to coordinate on regular basis with the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company.
• Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
• Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ proven experience in a compliance role from Real Estate Brokerage company
