Description

We’re looking for a lawyer with solid experience working in a real estate development company. The ideal candidate understands the legal framework surrounding development projects, company operations, and commercial contracts. You’ll support management on all legal matters related to the company’s projects, partnerships, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
• Handle legal aspects of development projects and company operations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Advise management on legal risks and solutions.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and government entities when needed.
• Support in dispute resolution and documentation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
