The legal corporate practice provides a wide range of corporate services, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate advisory, commercial contracts and corporate advisory to top tier clients, including family businesses. This role provides a unique opportunity to broaden your skills and be at the cutting edge of legal services. We also look to embrace technology in everything we do.

Our team possess extensive knowledge of local and national corporate law. You'll help our clients with a range of legal services including provision of support in choosing the type of company, drafting of corporate documents, contracts and the necessary assistance in the performance thereof, setting up companies, structuring capital, restructuring corporate governance, implementing changes to the legal structure, setting up joint ventures, and managing tax and real estate issues.

We are looking for a Manager with a corporate background (Restructuring) to join the team and to help support its continued expansion. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' corporate experience including in restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and corporate & commercial advisory.

Our new Manager will be fully integrated into the team and will work closely with lawyers and legal professionals of all levels. Like the rest of our team, we expect those in this role will enjoy an interesting, varied and challenging workload. It will involve liaising with our other specialist legal teams in the Middle East, with our network firms in other jurisdictions, other PwC teams and working with the corporate team to deliver premium legal services to our clients.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- A motivated team player with experience of mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate and commercial advisory
- Strong academic record
- 4-5 years' experience of working within the corporate team of an international law firm
- Genuine interest and experience in business development, and in relationship building across PwC Legal and other PwC teams
- A high level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and legal databases
- Well organised and able to deal with large amounts of information
- E xcellent attention to detail
- Primarily a team player but also able to complete specific tasks under own initiative
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Highly driven and proactive
- Fluency in spoken and written English; clear, articulate and confident in written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic language skills desirable but not necessary
