Legal Counsel working for a multinational commodities management business.

Required to provide excellent legal support to the organisation.

Client Details
A leading multinational commodities management business with a strong global presence.

Description
* Drafting, preparing, reviewing and filing legal documents and government reports.
* Conducting legal research and analysing legal issues alongside checking for potential risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
* Ancillary contracts, due diligence and research.
* Ensuring full compliance and guiding managers on all regulatory and compliance matters.
* Ensuring full compliance with subcontractors and vendors and reviewing new business relationship with them.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience within any Corporate Legal Department or Private Practice.

Excellent communication, analytical, writing and presentation skills.

Having experience in Arbitration is a plus.

Strong knowledge in MS Office.

Language skills: English and Arabic is a plus
