Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational in Dubai and support the legal function.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
* Must be fully bilingual in English & Arabic (drafting as well)
* Must be 3+ PQE
* Must have extensive experience drafting, reviewing & negotiating commercial contracts
* Must have experience working with corporate transactions
* Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ideally have experience in assisting with compliance, regulatory and intellectual property matters
* Ideally be based in the region
