Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East are working with an international Oil & Gas Operator in the UAE who are looking for an In house legal council to join their Middle East office.
Responsibilities
- To provide in house legal council advice
- Develop Strong Client relationships
- Negotiate and advise on production sharing agreements
- Advise on pre-contractual negotiations
- Advise on exploration licenses
- Offer advice in pre-acquisition planning and due diligence
- Draft, review, negotiated consultancy service agreements
- Draft & Review employment contracts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years In-house Legal Counsel Experience
- Minimum 5 Years experience working for an international operator
- Holds a Bachelors Degree in Law
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present key information to stakeholders
