Job description / Role
Objectives:
• Ensure that all groups' transactions comply with U.A.E. governing laws and regulations.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to the group
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes
• Prepare appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
• Review legal issues related to new products, service and commercial agreements
• Manage legal projects
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as companies’ conversion, mergers, compliance issues, commercial transactions and lawsuits.
• Reporting to: C.E.O.
• Number required: 1
Requirements
University Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law from recognized university
• Nature and length of previous
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a law firm or in-house with a group
Specialist knowledge:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Outstanding negotiation skill
Language Fluency:
• English and Arabic other language are advantage
