As Legal Counsel for the company, you will support and manage transnational, commercial and compliance requirements

Description
* Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management.
* Provide and interpret legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
* Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years PQE
* Native or fluent English speaker, Arabic is a plus.
* LLB required, LLM preferred.
* Previous experience in the region is essential.
