Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse have been instructed by a luxury travel and leisure organisation to assist with the hiring of a talented Legal Counsel to assist with an exciting new project in Ras Al-Khaimah.

The role will involve working alongside the General Counsel, supporting with reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, contracts and correspondence. You will be responsible for maintaining corporate records such as resolutions, director changes, amendments and other documentation as required, while also coordinating and reviewing board and committee signatures.

Responsibilities also consist of drafting and execution of documents related to new corporate entity formations, maintaining IP portfolios, providing support for standard corporate agreements including NDAs, contracts, and administration documentation and activities related to corporate restructuring such as mergers, formations and dissolutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE with preference to those with experience in an International Law Firm. Middle Eastern experience is essential for this role.

The organisation is interested in speaking with an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with senior management as well as external clients and vendors. You will need proven corporate awareness and experience.
