Job description / Role
A large Business Group Dubai based company is urgently looking for an experienced LEGAL ADVISOR to be appointed at their head office operations.
Coming from corporate law background you will be responsible to ensure all legal safety measures are appropriate and implemented as per rules and regulations so as to avoid any matters to be left to litigation.
- Advising on legal strategy and managing litigation, review & analyzes all types of contracts, agreements, Office memos/announcements, basic legal documentations, drafts and interprets all legal deeds, provides legal comments and reviews, advises the company on all types of documents & process hence a strong litigious background and experience is mandatory.
- Provides legal opinions and proposes solutions, enhances the awareness on legal implications across the company. Updates management with any new laws related to the companies activities.
- Ensures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Strong articulation and linguistics skills should be able to translate in Arabic & English fluently.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in the litigation department/ practical legal experience of a UAE/ based in law firm/ Corporate/Commercial Law background in large group company.
- Educational background: Bachelors in Law holding thorough knowledge & experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law in the UAE & Litigation process.
- Excellent interpretation skills and Drafting knowledge is a must, translator, English & Arabic is must.
