Job description / Role
This hire will head up the legal function for the whole of the GCC and will be the point of contact for all legal queries. It is a senior level position reporting into the General Manager, so requires a candidate who is ready to step up into such a position

Description
* Draft and negotiate all forms of contracts - distribution agreements, supplier agreements, licensing, branding, etc
* Manage the compliance function for the company
* Advise the company on potential risks and avoidance of disputes
* Effectively manage external counsel and the budget available for such resource

Requirements
To be considered you MUST have:
* Experience of working for a multinational, ideally in a similar sector
* Minimum of 7 years legal experience
* Full fluency in both Arabic and English
