Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a leading industrial company with offices throughout the region, Swisslinx is seeking a Legal & HR Administration Assistant. This role is based in Dubai.
In this dual role, you will be assisting the Legal & Administration Manager on a daily basis, providing administrative support. The right candidate needs to be very organized and used to working at a professional and high level.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing administrative assistance
- Previous experience in either HR or Legal
- Previous experience in a Law Firm or assisting a Legal professional a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Fluent in English AND Arabic
